Do you love Bully as much as we do? We’re raffling a Fancy Paints bulldog painting! Raffle tickets are available between April 3-19 at the shelter and various events around town. Proceeds benefit the OCHS Second Chance Fund which provides life-saving medical treatment and other assistance to shelter and community pets in need.
